HRV Score Interpreter

Enter your HRV reading to see where it falls compared to others your age. Keep in mind that your personal baseline is always more meaningful than a population comparison.

Important: Your personal baseline matters more than these ranges. An HRV of 35 ms can be excellent for one person and below normal for another. Use this tool as a rough reference, not a diagnosis.

Understanding your result

Your HRV is influenced by many factors including age, fitness level, genetics, sleep quality, stress, hydration, and recent alcohol consumption. A single reading is a snapshot, not a diagnosis.

Here is what each classification generally means:

The most important thing is not where you fall on a population chart today. It is whether your HRV is trending up, staying stable, or declining over time relative to your own baseline.

Your baseline matters more than any chart

Laso builds your personal HRV baseline from 30 days of data and tells you when your HRV is above or below your normal, not a population average. This makes your recovery insights relevant to your body, not a reference table.
